Nice infrastructure. Nice canteen. Impressive gym.
Try to avoid support projects if you want to learn in your initial phase.
Consider internal opportunity without considering 18 months in a particular grade. It's frustrating.
Resources must have the liberty to move to other better projects for better learning.
Cut down the 18-month duration to 9 months at least.
