You will feel like you are not contributing to society. WFH is not an option. Yearly pay is less than most taxes paid by engineers in other companies. They will not let you choose the technology of your choice. A lot more like double-faced managers, no project allocation if you leave one project, etc.
Treat people as talent, not resources.
