Very modern work environment. Good starting salary. Transparency. Very pleasant people. Relaxed environment. Multiple opportunities to enhance skills/knowledge. Good management.
Big organization, so there is a bit of excessive bureaucracy. This cannot be avoided on a large scale such as this.
None others as of yet.
Most importantly, stay human. In my experience, all my managers are very laid back and relaxed, and this makes a huge difference in my life. People always say, "Show respect if you want to be treated with respect," and I'm really happy this rule applies to Capgemini. You are given the opportunity to voice your opinion and concerns, and the chance to speak to more senior members of staff. This is not how it usually happens in larger organizations. My advice to our managers is: Keep doing what you are doing; it has been brilliant so far!
During my B.Tech, I had a basic interview where I was asked fundamental Java questions, including core concepts like OOPs. It was quite simple, but unfortunately, I lost the opportunity due to certain conditions.
It consists of three rounds. The first round is an easy aptitude test, the second round is the English round, and the third round is the HR round. It's easy to clear. CS students have a little more advantage in the aptitude test.
Campus Normal and easy. 1st round: Company shortlisted. 2nd round: MCQ and coding (gaming). 3rd round: Interview. Interview easy. Asked to print "hello world" in Python. Find odd and even numbers.
