One of the best and primary reasons to work in such an MNC is the freedom you get as a fresher to work in your lifestyle. Being the first company joining as a fresher, it boosts our confidence and efficiency to work hard and fulfill business requirements.
The most honest con I found in Capgemini is the availability of projects and the billability issue among resources. A complete resource not being trained properly on a project and receiving high-level tasks without any guidance is not the way I think it should be for freshers. There is no grooming at all.
Any resource should be given proper KT (knowledge transfer) and training before being assigned tasks. Otherwise, how can one expect them to work at the project level?
