  1. There are some client projects with good tech stacks, and you get the opportunity to work on 100% development. The only thing is you have to wait for a good project and convince the RMA (Resource Management Team) team.

  2. As an employee, you get many training and certification choices for free. Even when on the bench, you can upskill and get trained on any technology/language of your choice.

Cons
  1. Even though you might get good experience, the salary is less as compared to the current market salary.
  2. As a fresher, you do not have the choice to get trained on a particular tech stack.
