I've been with them for more than 5 years. I have worked with many teams across many disciplines. Almost everyone has been great to work with, respectful, and supportive. They are the most ethical company I've worked for.
The review and compensation process is very opaque. Don't go in expecting them to find you work to do; you need to sell yourself every chance you get. The culture undertones come from the head office in Paris, France. Europe seems to get the majority of attention. Extreme focus on "offshore delivery" makes it hard to grow from within.
Embrace more of an American (Canada, US, MX, South American) culture. Really pay attention to growing your people. Things get really stagnant after several years of "growing in place".
