Good IT services company
Good IT services company
- Good working environment.
- Varied projects.
- A lot of freedom when you are very profitable and know the priorities of management.
- Seniority-based salary with a low pay scale (SSII...)
- Remote work is difficult to obtain outside of major cities.
- We still have the right to produce quality work, but it hasn't been a priority for a long time, and managers have become incapable of seeing any difference on this point.
Ne pas payer plus les meilleurs éléments, c'est un mauvais calcul à long terme.

The interview process was good. The interviewers were very knowledgeable and helped through the process well. I had 2 levels of interview, both video and both of them helped to understand different facets to consulting profiles.
