Working with some amazing, highly accomplished people, all of whom are the best at what they do in the industry. Clients are always large and easy to work with.
While there is a lot of freedom to work from home or wherever, there could be more in-person human connection. The company definitely does try to make it work for everyone.
Pay rises are slightly offensive and not in line with inflation.
More of a career path for D levels.
