There are no best reasons to work here.
There is no stability. Managers don't listen and don't support you. Compensation is very bad.
Some juniors with 2-3 years of experience are getting higher pay than 12-13 year experience holders. Managers are not able to maintain relations with clients and don't understand their requirements, blaming the juniors for everything.
I don't think you can do anything.
Just close the company.
After two technical rounds, you have to wait for the other processes. If you follow up, they will say you are in the approval process. If your budget is approved, they will arrange a client interview.
There were two rounds: * One technical round and one HR round. In the technical round, they would ask you scenario-based questions. For example: * Given an array, find unique elements. * Use filter, reduce, and map operators.
The interview was good, but there was a lot of gap between the rounds. The HR was not updating the correct status of the interview process. Also, the interviewer was very polite and answered my questions well.
