I have given two technical rounds of interviews. After the HR round and before the offer release, I was asked to work as a contractor. CAPGEMINI HR will suggest a consultancy (Bangalore, HR name is Rajasekhar).
Not very well structured. Multiple interviews. A lot of confusion for the HR part. I would not really recommend this company unless you have no other options. Bad experience overall from all points of view.
