You have a lot of time at Capgemini for upskilling yourself. You have access to all courses on Udemy, Coursera, etc. Flexible work timing, good pay. Apart from work culture, it provides better opportunities in games and all types of other activities.
You have to wait for projects for a long time. It depends on your luck.
A 3-month notice period makes it difficult to switch.
