Work-life balance is good in some teams.
Very low salary. Labors these days earn more than entry-level software developers in similar companies, and they expect people to be competent enough. No quality work.
Smart people soon realize that such companies don't provide any good career opportunities. Neither they nor their families can survive on such low wages in metros, and they start to concentrate more on searching for better opportunities than on their work. My advice is to please increase the salary of software developers by at least 2x. It is still puny compared to what companies extract from foreign clients.
Remove the compulsion of formal clothes (come on!!!!) and strict working hours. People work better in a relaxed environment.
Please retain people. Please increase their salary and comfort, and only then will people from good colleges start to join this company, and good people won't leave.
