Capgemini offers pretty good work/life balance, probably more once you’re at a Manager “C” level.
Salary plus benefits (profit sharing, ESOP stock, etc.) seems competitive with other Big Consulting firms.
Mainly, Capgemini doesn’t yet have the same top-notch reputation with clients as Accenture and Deloitte, and the smaller “boutique” firms seem to still be valued more by clients.
