- The recruiter called and asked for basic background information. They sent me an email containing the link to the required assessments.
- Once you get through the assessments, a technical phone interview was scheduled.
- The interview focused on agile methodologies, my past experience, and so on.
- After clearing that, you are invited to an onsite interview (but I did not get there).
Questions
There was nothing difficult. They expected the candidate to have a good understanding of their past experience and focus more on agile.
