Pros: Still one of the better places to work in the DMV.
Cons: A bachelor's degree (any) appears to be a hard requirement for most tech jobs.
Years of experience and accomplishments don't matter if no degree is obtained, leading to automatic disqualification.
If you are Gates, Zuck, or Jobs, you won't get hired at Cap1 because you never finished college.

Pros: Great work-life balance. No long hours, but while at work, people are full-on.
Great co-workers and work ambiance. Inclusion and equality are highly valued.
Excellent CEO with a powerful, humane vision.
Cons: Politics. Alignment and groupthink is at times rewarded over competence.
One powerful business division controls and overrides any shared technology autonomy at the cost of the other divisions.
VP/CxO layers are densely populated by not particularly competent career climbers. The CEO is the person with the vision.
