Pros: Work-life balance is phenomenal. Good compensation and general benefits package. PTO policy is incredibly generous (along with other days off/learning days). Great senior leadership.
Cons: High turnover.
Consistently, work could be more interesting.

PIP Culture and Stack Ranking, but good WLB

Pros: Good WLB, decent base pay (no RSU), nice office amenities, hybrid RTO policy, company-sponsored "fun events" and perks related to external things the company sponsors (i.e., MLB sweepstakes because they sponsor the World Series).
Cons: PIP culture and stack ranking make it difficult to know where you stand. Because it's stack ranking, you could be meeting/exceeding expectations, but if someone else on your level is doing more, then you're first on the chopping block.
