There were 3 onsite interviews with 1:1. All of them were behavioral except the last one. One of them was in person, and two were remote. The technical interview was nearly a sham, bordering on ridiculousness.
In all, two directors and one lead conducted the interviews.
As per their job description, it listed an Engineering Manager profile, but the role was for an individual contributor lead. This felt like a typical bait-and-switch. I felt very bad after attending the process, having wasted one day. Confirm the roles before you proceed.
