Process

The process was pretty smooth for me at that time. Their recruiter showed interest in my experience and we had a quick call to finish the first phone screening. Then, an online assessment was scheduled for me based on my preference.

Once it was passed, the recruiter followed up within two days to set up a "Power Day," which is a four-hour session with four rounds of interviews, one every hour.

These four rounds were for:

  • Coding
  • Designing applications
  • Behavioral questions
  • A case study

It was very challenging to finish all in four hours. But once you're done, you will be given their decision within 48 hours.

Afterwards, the recruiter will follow up closely to forward your resume to hiring teams for team matches, if the Power Day had positive results.

Finally, you will be allocated to a team if there is a match. The team matching sessions are not officially interviews, but they are practically interviews. The process is pretty quick.
