Senior Android Engineer/Manager Interview Experience - New York, New York

Process

I completed a two-question coding exercise that took several hours. I passed and was then invited to an all-day on-site interview.

There were five different interviews: three technical and two behavioral.

They decided to pass on me, which is well within their rights. However, they provided no feedback as to what area they perceived me to be weak in.

I have 20 years of experience and have failed to get other jobs throughout my career. At least those companies had the decency to tell me why they passed on me.

I would pass on interviews with this company unless you don't mind wasting a full day.

Oh yeah, I was given lunch, but it was late, so I needed to eat it in bites between interviews.

Questions

I agreed not to share any questions.

I'm not sure if I'm legally bound to not reveal them, but I gave my word, so I'll stick to the agreement.
