Pros: Great company if you wind up on a team that understands how they should treat their highly skilled employees. I was a member of 3 great teams with 3 great managers before things went south.
Cons: If you wind up on a team with ineffective management, do your best to get a transfer.
I'm sure it's an anomaly, but do what you can to avoid a position on the FRAUD team.
