I spoke to a hiring manager, and they were very impressed with my skills. They wanted to pass me into a formal interview once I had completed the Verbal Reasoning and Numeric Reasoning tests.

I received an automated reply after the tests stating that they are not proceeding with my application.

Despite us having a very good match for the role, I was not accepted for an interview because I did not pass those tests.

Please rethink your hiring process. At least speak to the individual and assess their skills instead of stopping the process because I couldn't pass a test. Not everyone excels at passing tests.
