It's a somewhat long process.
They approached me and conducted a screening.
The first task consists of solving a coding assessment through CodeSignal. You are given 10 business days to solve it, along with preparation material.
Next comes the Power Day, which involves 4 interviews in a single day:
- A coding task
- A case-based task
- A system design interview
- A behavioral interview
They also provide material to help you prepare, and you can ask the recruiters for assistance.
Questions
The System Design interview was an exercise in designing a system to handle credit card data and validate it through external systems.
The Case-Based interview assessed business rules specified by the interviewer and compared the implemented code against those rules.
The Coding Assessment interview involved implementing a system to process three types of transactions and their respective functionalities.
During the Behavioral interview, I was asked about a time I had to learn something new to perform my job, and about a situation where I had a disagreement with colleagues.
