I am not sure if they have actual openings for which they are conducting these interviews. They are just wasting people's time. There are four rounds, in which you face four incompetent individuals from Capital One. These people are neither smart nor curious to learn new things. The questions they ask are not even challenging in any way; it's more like you have to agree to their opinions, which are mostly wrong. These individuals have not updated their knowledge in a few years. At the end of the interview, any smart candidate would develop a negative opinion of Capital One. They would not join them, irrespective of whether they clear the interview or not.
