Senior Softrware Engineer Interview Experience - McLean, Virginia
Process
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn.
I had a 15-minute phone screen with them and found their behavior to be very rude. Every time they asked me a question, they interrupted my response. At the end, they didn't let me ask any questions about the role because they kept trying to answer my questions before I finished.
I will likely not apply to Capital One again if this is how their recruiters treat candidates after reaching out to them.
