Pros: Excellent company, good benefits, good culture.

Cons: No cons found up to now.

Pros: - Benefits are great - Nice office campus - Opportunities for a lot of interesting work - Good WLB

Cons: - Performance management can be mysterious. - Stack ranking is not fun. - Transferring teams internally can be hectic.

Pros: - Most engineers I worked with were great and super collaborative. - (It would be a pro if you don't work here)

Cons: - Burn out 24/7, mental health took a toll. Personal life was even heavily impacted because of how the culture and stack ranking are. - Leadership blows; lots of dishonest people who act like they like you, wanting to support you, but then they back-stab you. - Everyone gets pipped, no one is safe anymore. It doesn't matter how well you do; it's all politics. - Toxic culture. - The "Bar" doesn't exist, and for some reason, it keeps going up and up somehow. I basically did work which would be considered my role if I were promoted. - You won't get promoted unless you enjoy kissing butt.
