After an initial conversation, I applied for the position. Following this, I was asked to complete a tech assessment, which involved writing code to solve algorithm-based tasks.

Having passed the tech assessment, I was scheduled for a "power day" where I completed four interviews:

• Two DevOps related
• One case review
• Finally, one behavioral

Within 24 hours, I received confirmation that I would be receiving an offer. After a holiday weekend, I had a meet and greet with team members before receiving a formal offer the same day.

The whole process was fast and efficient compared to the lengthy processes I've had to endure.
