I went through the Power Day interview process in November last year. The process started with an email invitation to complete an online assessment. After I passed the assessment, a recruiter reached out to me by phone to share the results and schedule the Power Day interview, which took place about two weeks later. The Power Day consisted of four interview sessions:

• Two technical interviews: one focused on hands-on coding/algorithmic problem solving, and another focused on system design.
• One case interview to evaluate problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• One behavioral interview to discuss past experiences, collaboration, and leadership.

For the system design interview, the prompt was to design a banking application. The main focus was designing a system that could handle core banking operations, including:

• Processing transactions
• Maintaining account balances
• Ensuring transaction consistency
• Supporting scalability and reliability
