Received a call from HR for a brief discussion. Had to complete an online Java quiz and coding test (6 multiple-choice core Java questions and 2 programming problems: one algorithmic and one JSON).

After a couple of weeks, received a call from the Recruiter who wanted to schedule a technical interview.

Technical Telephonic Interview (45 minutes): Covered core Java, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, design patterns, and other standard Java developer interview questions.

After a couple of weeks, received a call to schedule a Power Day, which was a half-day of interviews at Capital One Plano.

There were 3 interviews on the Power Day, each lasting 45 minutes:

1. Job Fit Interview: Included Java/J2EE questions and a tricky problem. This was the toughest part.
2. Behavioral Interviews: With the Manager and Senior Manager, each interview involved 3 questions.

Received a call a couple of days later stating that an offer would be made within a week.
