Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - McLean, Virginia
Process
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks.
An online assessment followed by a phone interview followed by a 4-hour power day consisting of:
- A coding interview
- A design interview
- A behavioral interview
- A case (with coding)
They give a good amount of resources to prepare. However, I was reached out to regarding roles that were already being filled and ghosted by another recruiter who said I had matched with a role.
