- 3.0Product owners are ruining this companySenior Software Engineer • Current EmployeeSeptember 30, 2019Pros: You will have the opportunity to work with a lot of smart people. Good connections, since many of the TDP program leave after the first year to work at real FANG companies.Cons: I have no clue what leadership in tech is doing. Additionally, uninformed, highly opinionated product owners are going to drive this company into the ground.
- 5.0Great Technology CompanySenior Software Engineer • Former EmployeeChicago, Illinois, United StatesNovember 13, 2023Pros: You can learn a lot and grow your career in AWS Cloud technology. The PTO package is good, the pay is great, and the people are awesome.Cons: Depending on the team you work with, late-night code deployments and weekend support are not uncommon. Performance expectations with one team can significantly change with another. While it's good to keep on the edge of technology, just when you get used to something, they decide to change direction.
