Pros: - Good Salary
- Good Benefits
- Modern Tech (mostly)
Cons: - No stock options.
- Performance management is ridiculous. Every six months, you get "stack ranked" against all the other associates at your level in your org, and the bottom X% (I've heard anywhere from 7-15%) get PIP'ed.
Even if you're in a high-performing org, they have to cut a certain number of people by mandate. It's terrible for morale and causes a lot of unnecessary stress, and often ends up forcing out good people.
They also won't account for personal circumstances at all, so if you have a major medical issue for one performance period, well... good luck.
