Process
Questions were irrelevant to the position or day-to-day tasks required on the job. Difficult questions that do not do a good job assessing if someone is fit. The interviewing process was difficult; I would not recommend wasting your time.

Pros: The CEO is tech-focused. On a company-wide level, they try to provide a reasonable work-life balance.
Cons: Your experience will vary wildly depending on the team you land on.
Stacked ranking.
Returning to hybrid work (this may be a pro to some?).
There's a lot of focus on "influence," which eats up time from what your core work is.
