I was interviewed by Capital One earlier, and as they already had my online test report, they scheduled me for a one-hour technical telephonic interview. Following that, I had a four-hour onsite interview, which included two behavioral, one technical, and one job-fit assessment. Since they were looking for a full-stack developer, the interview focused more on different technologies, languages, and my views on DevOps.

Overall, it was a great experience. For those who feel they might be talking to a robot, I would say that the interviewers pay close attention to what a candidate is saying. However, they do not make eye contact very often because they have to make notes about the candidate's answers in their online system for later group review.
