Process
The interview process is an initial call with a recruiter. Then, you do what they call a "powder day" interview. This is a 4-hour-long interview with sessions back-to-back. Mine included:
- A system design interview
- A coding interview
- A business case interview
- A behavioral interview
If you pass the "powder day" interview, then you interview with teams.
