Recruiter Screening: Standard
Coding Assessment: 4 questions, easy, easy, matrix, hard I got the first 2 completely correct and passed 2 tests in Q3. Was asked to attend the next round.
Power Day: Tech 1 - Live coding. Was told not to look up anything, not even documentation, which threw me off. The question was banking-related, and they kept adding more requirements and being vague when I asked questions. Tech 2 - System design for a credit card system. Asked what tech stack I would use. No coding. Behavioral - Asked 3 basic STAR questions, so go very in-depth. Case - Given a tech operations business scenario. Asked to make recommendations and explain the pros and cons. Basic maths, but pay attention to edge cases that may impact calculations. Was shown code and had to identify errors.
Create bank accounts and transfer money between them.
