Process
A recruiter reached out, and from there the process looked like this:
- Intro Recruiter Call
- Online Coding Assessment (CodeSignal)
- Ambassador Call with a person of your choice, depending on availability, to answer any questions you may have.
- Power Day Onsite
This consisted of a behavioral round using the STAR method, a System Design interview designing a site to view electricity usage in apartment buildings, a case interview focused on designing a chatbot, and a LeetCode round.
Interviewers weren't the most friendly or helpful. I asked a question to clarify the problem and certain wording the interviewer had used, and they laughed as if the answer was obvious.
I received no correspondence after the onsite regarding my application status, even after emailing my recruiter after several weeks.
