Pros: Great environment for work. The managers and product owners strike a good balance between pushing the team while maintaining healthy working expectations. Also, a lot of different tech is being used, so there's something for everyone.

Cons: Because of the bank's space, there are some restrictions for the tech you can use in the cloud. Also, some positions deal with older code, which can be a pain to work with.

Pros: Paid fairly well in the area and promotes good culture. The people here are relatively nice. The company also recognizes the need for internal innovation. If you're driven, there's room for you to move up.

Cons: Still has remnants of offshoring/contracting culture. Tech people have less visibility. Additionally, unless you push yourself, this job alone will not be too rigorous. I often have to work with less capable and effectively tenured employees.
