Pros: Good pay relative to other software jobs in the area. Lots of different areas of the company, so there are always new things to learn.
Cons: The performance review process is quite terrible. You can easily be caught off guard and face a PIP.
Worse, the entire stack ranking process creates too much unnecessary anxiety and leads to a lack of trust.
Internal tools and processes can be a bit finicky.
The return to office policy feels pretty pointless with so many teams scattered around.
