I applied for the Technology Development Program as a software engineer. The company visited my campus, and I went through three rounds of interviews:

• A technical interview with standard coding problems and data structure/modeling questions.
• A case interview, which was a new experience for me, but the interviewer provided guidance, especially when I asked relevant questions. Don't be afraid to ask questions! Simple algebra and common sense logic were sufficient to reach a good conclusion.
• A standard behavioral interview.

The entire process was very straightforward. Just four hours after the interviews concluded, I was notified that I would receive an offer.
