Software Engineer Interview Experience - Chapel Hill, North Carolina

Process

I was notified of an interview about a week before it would take place on my university's campus. The entire interview process lasted about 3 hours and included three types of interviews:

  • Behavioral
  • Job fit
  • Case interview

The behavioral and case interviews were straightforward, and my interviewers were laid-back. The case interview was short and not too difficult, only requiring some simple math. The job fit/technical interview felt a bit rushed; I was asked a few additional behavioral questions, and we didn't have enough time to fully solve each problem I was given.
