Pros: Competitive salary. Cares about their workers and the people they serve. Great start for those fresh out of college or making a career change (after doing junior dev work). Cares about what you learn and how you advance as an individual because they want the best individuals.
Cons: They pride themselves on being disruptive as a company, which means they often try new things and lead themselves into new places. This is great as it allows you to expand your learning.
But at times, you go down dead ends, and during transitions, you can feel a bit rudderless. But it’s a necessary part of business, in my opinion.
