OA then followed with a power day. Technical rounds and behavior are very chill, but business logic caught me off-guard. Technical rounds consist of system design and leetcode type questions.

Pros: Amazingly smart people. Many engineers come from Google and other Big 4 companies. Work-life balance is fantastic. Compensation is REALLY good compared to working at tech companies in San Fran or NYC. Other perks (gym, workspace, etc.) make it even better.
Cons: It's hard to say. Everyone can say one bad thing about their manager. This is true in every company, though.

Pros: Great company culture, challenging projects. I get to work on open-source, cutting-edge technologies.
Cons: Frequent reorganizations mean needing to get used to different supervisors' management styles quickly.
