Amazingly smart people. Many engineers come from Google and other Big 4 companies. Work-life balance is fantastic. Compensation is REALLY good compared to working at tech companies in San Fran or NYC. Other perks (gym, workspace, etc.) make it even better.
It's hard to say. Everyone can say one bad thing about their manager. This is true in every company, though.
