Process
It was online and recorded. I was to answer questions at my own pace. It was without an interviewer.
It was quite challenging, but not too so. I would say I did alright.

Decent place to start a career, but dependent on the team
Software Engineer • Current Employee
New York, New York, United States
October 17, 2024
Pros: Can be chill if not on a customer-facing team. As a new grad, you'll learn more on these teams. There are a bunch of benefits that people take for granted, like untracked PTO and getting one Friday off every month to “invest in yourself.”
Cons: Stack ranking in a strong team can be tough because everyone does a good job, but everyone knows someone will get "pipped".
