Can be chill if not on a customer-facing team. As a new grad, you'll learn more on these teams. There are a bunch of benefits that people take for granted, like untracked PTO and getting one Friday off every month to “invest in yourself.”
Stack ranking in a strong team can be tough because everyone does a good job, but everyone knows someone will get "pipped".

Very fair interview experience. An algorithm take-home question was followed by a full day of in-house (remote) interviews where you met great people. The interview day included: * One round for a case study. * One round for general questions.

I applied through college or university. There was a Codesignal OA online and then a 3 stage power day with technical and a behavioral and a case, and the entire process was fully online. Positive experience, super nice.
