The process included a few phone interviews and a half-day final round interview with 4 engineers and managers.

I appreciate that the process is shorter than at many other places, but the way they handle candidates is very poor.

After I was told that I "passed" the final round interview and was to be matched with a team, I was ghosted by the company.

Astonishingly, the same treatment was given to another applicant that I know personally.

This is, in my opinion, highly unprofessional behavior.
