I had direct onsite interviews at their headquarters in McLean. The process consisted of three interviews: Behavioral, Technical, and Case.

• Behavioral: This interview focuses on personality fit. Studying for this type of interview likely won't help.
• Technical: This interview is relatively easy if you have a strong Computer Science background. If not, studying a textbook should suffice.
• Case: This interview assesses your logical thinking. The problem itself isn't difficult. My advice is to proceed as slowly as possible; you'll have ample time, so do not rush!

Most importantly, be yourself! If you aren't authentic, you won't get the job.
