I was contacted by one of their managers. The process took about three weeks, which was fast compared to other companies. However, two of the four interviewers were the worst I have ever encountered.
One QA manager spent half of the time typing a survey and repeatedly asked one question that I had already explained three times. Another engineer almost "laid down" on the chair, with one arm dangling behind, displaying a condescending attitude the entire time.
These were extremely unprofessional behaviors that I cannot believe from employees of such a large company. At no point did I beg them for a job; they were the ones who contacted me. The level of disrespect was unbelievable.
I am positive I answered most questions correctly, so I will never apply to Capital One again.
