Software Engineer Interview Experience - Plano, Texas

Process

The interview process included a code signal followed by behavioral, technical, and case interviews.

The technical interviewer did not help me much. It felt like she was doing something else and was bothered every time I asked for clarification.

The behavioral interviewer was not impressed with my answers. He said he would give me some points for my answers, but not a lot. "What can you do?" he stated. I guess they expect everyone to give Mark Zuckerberg answers or something.

The case interviewer was nice and helped me. I think he was the only one who liked my answers.

I got the vibe that people were unfriendly at the company, since two-thirds of my interviewers seemed unsatisfied with me.
