During the four-hour, back-to-back final interviews, I was interviewed by men who kept cutting me off to state the answers. It felt like they were impatient to get through a list of questions. There was very little diversity among the interviewers, and rarely was there a second interviewer to lessen bias. The online interviews didn't have a break. What I was actually technically interviewing for was the last one, at which point I was mentally exhausted.
I've had back-to-back interviews with more flexibility and dialogue to tackle questions. They seem big on system design and DS&A questions.
